As a way to expand our Partnership for the future with our Customers, on March 3rd, 2016, Gobar kicked-off the Journey for zero defects program at its Matamoros facility.

The principal objective of this program is to deploy a zero defects culture throughout the organization through a series of workshops applied to the assembly and manufacturing cells, in order to meet the goal to be the first Zero defect Supplier for our Customers. GOBAR commitment on zero defects quality is reflected on our Top Management as they have clearly stated the level and expectations that will make our processes better with the best available quality and the lowest cost to produce.

The goal has been set: Zero defects culture will become part of GOBAR DNA as we continuously move forward, improving daily, and driving this mindset to a whole new level of Quality.
